GDG Singapore is glad to bring two developer meet-ups in May 2014
1. Meetup #1 - Introduction to MEAN Stack
MEAN stands for MongoDB, ExpressJS, AnjularJS and Node.JS. MEAN is a full stack javascript implementation with both the client and server -side components entirely developed in Javascript programming language. MEAN is interesting to GDG developers because two of the components are developed by Google. AnjularJS is MVC-based frontend Javascript framework while Node.JS uses the Javascript runtime from Chromium project.
We hope that our developers will be interested to learn how these two components power the MEAN stack and at the same time how they interact with other technologies.
